Marfolin 35 is under new ownership, but happily we are still managing the apartment. From November this apartment will undergo a major renovation and refurbishment project. It will be a complete transformation with modern and updated design features, a brand new kitchen and appliances and all new furniture throughout. Even the amazing roof terrace will have a complete makeover with wooden decking and a covered pergola. This does mean that the rates will increase (see the rates table below), but you will certainly be getting what you pay for here….of course the stunning views cannot be improved and will still be free of charge!


Penthouse apartment with 3 bedrooms directly on the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo. Large dual aspect and very private roof terrace with stunning views to both the lagoon beaches and to the village of El Cotillo. The property has an en suite master bedroom with stunning sea views, another double bedroom and twin bedded room facing the village and both with partial sea views and a separate family bathroom. The open plan living area has floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the lagoons. This area has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table and seating for 6 people, and lounge with 2comfortable sofas. On the roof terrace, accessed from within the apartment, there is lots of comfortable and stylish seating options and a large dining table and chairs for 6 people and 3 sun loungers. Downstairs is the shared 250 sq m pool (not heated). There is also a smaller children´s pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with gates leading directly onto the beach.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed – 200cm x 200cm. This bedroom faces north and has stunning views of the beach and ocean. It also has an en suite bathroom. There is also another large double bedroom with a 180cm x 200 cm bed, and a twin bedroom with large single beds of 105 x 200cm. Both of these face south across the village of El Cotillo and have partial sea views. All have black out curtains.
Bathrooms: As well as the master en suite there is a separate family bathroom between the double and twin bedrooms. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have a walk in shower cubicle with sliding glass doors. Skylights in the ceilings provide good natural light.
Lounge area: The very spacious open plan lounge area has 2 sofas comfortably seating 6 people, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player.
Outside space: Upstairs, the large and very private dual aspect roof terrace has spectacular views north and south which means all day sunshine and shelter from the northerly wind if required.  The terrace has been decked in teak wood and has an array of  sofas and chairs for relaxing on.  There is a large dining table and seating for 6 people. There are also 3 sun loungers with comfortable cushions.
