Fantastic 2 bedroom duplex apartment – upper and lower ground floor levels – a 2 minute walk to the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo. The upper ground floor level of the apartment has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, armchair, large wardrobe and several other storage units. This bedroom also has a TV. The second bedroom has 2 very comfortable single beds and also ample storage. Both rooms have access to a large balcony with sea views that faces west and north and is furnished with a lounge seating set and a coffee table. There is a large bathroom with a full bath and overhead shower with a glass screen. Downstairs on the lower ground level there is another bathroom with a glass enclosed shower cubicle. Here there is the large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a large lounge area with a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, and of course a TV with access to Netflix. The lounge has full length sliding doors that open to the patio terrace which is furnished with a dining table set for 4 people, and 2 sun loungers. From the patio you have direct access to the large shared pool and the smaller children´s pool, all of which are surrounded by the communal gardens and sunbathing area. From this area you can exit the apartment complex and cross the road directly onto the beach.
