Dining: The kitchen area has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The open plan lounge area has a large dining table seating 4 people. There is also a dining table and chairs on the upstairs roof terrace.
Bedrooms: The primary bedroom has a double bed – 160cm x 200cm. It also has an en suite bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom. Both have black out curtains and ceiling fans.
Bathrooms: In addition to the master en suite bathroom, there is a separate family bathroom opposite the twin bedroom. Both bathrooms are fully tiled and have a walk in shower cubicle with sliding glass doors. Skylights in the ceilings provide good natural light.
Lounge area: The spacious ground floor open plan living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen smart TV. There is a selection of books and games.
Outside space: Upstairs, the large decked dual aspect roof terrace has spectacular views north and south which means all day sunshine and shelter from the northerly wind. There is a dining tables and seating for 4 people. There are also various seating options, 4 sun loungers and a large sunbed for 2!

All prices are subject to Canarian taxes of 7%.

** Office hours Mon-Sat 10.00 -19.00. Arrival to any apartment outside of these hours will incur a supplement of 20€.
*** Supplement of 30€ payable for Sunday arrivals, and arrivals on 25/26/31 Dec & 1 Jan.
